Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, marketing, economics, computer science information technology or human computer interaction or related disciple.
Minimum 3-5 yrs exp in marketing or business analytics setting
Min 2 years statistical analysis, predictive modelling or segmentation exp.
SPSS/SQL Data analysis experience
Ability to extract and present insight from analysis
Experience with a variety of analytical techniques
Excellent organization and co-ordination abilities
As part of CRM team within MCD department, responsible for delivering accurate and insightful reports to a specified time schedule and support analytical needs of variety of business with advanced analytics.
Interface with brand and operations teams to translate business needs into analytics requirements
Deliver a variety of analysis based projects, as briefed to a high quality and within a timely manner communication progress to other team members.
Formalize reporting requirements and if required, work with the IT teams to prioritize and implementation develop and build a variety of reports and ad hoc analyses of the brands and divisions, primarily using OBIEE, SPSS, SQL and excel, but also with other software packages as directed.
Interest data and use creative problem solving and logical thinking to assist client teams in the production of client relevant business recommendations
Develop and provide writer and verbal output on report for key initiatives
Liaise with the customer analytics manager, other members of the analytics team, loyalty programme manager, marketing operations, communication team and brand teams for projects to be executed by the analytics team.
Build relationships with management and staff (internal & external() in business areas associated with data planning work, e.g. buying, planning, business intelligence
Manager expectations and promote planning./analysis & research methodologies internally
Manage and resolve the key data strategy issues involving quality, consistency and usability across customer and prospecting databases
Learn and implement the customer analytics methods under guidance to improve analytical capabilities.
Liaise with internal teams by email and in meeting. be able to present to the management as part of the team.
