DATA Entry Clerk
    Position Summary:
    To enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures

    Major Responsibilities:
    Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
    Check source documents for accuracy
    Verify data and correct data where necessary
    Obtain further information for incomplete documents
    Update data and delete unnecessary files
    Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
    Scan documents into document management systems or databases
    Cross check completed work for accuracy
    Store completed documents in designated locations
    Respond to requests for information and access relevant files from document room.
    Should be ready to work as Document controller
    Should be ready to work in Transpiration/Accommodation department.
    May be designated according to field of activity or according to location of employment as Adjustment Clerk
    Communicating with coordinator related to administrative work.
    Assisting to supervisor to complete day to day task as and when occur.

    Work Experience Requirements:
    Minimum 5 years of experience in accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

    Education Requirements/Qualifications:
    PUC/ Diploma/Graduation
    Formal computer training an advantage knowledge with clerical and administrative procedure

        Scan documents into document management systems or databases
        Check completed work for accuracy
        Store completed documents in designated locations
        Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
        Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
        Print information when required
        Comply with data integrity and security policies
        Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies

        Required Work Experience:
        Minimum of four (4) years of experience as Data Entry, formal computer training, clerical and administrative will be an added advantage. Must have Experience in SAP
