The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the planning, costing, implementation and delivery of a number of key projects. The job holder will also be responsible for the improvement and delivery of quality services and the day to day facilities management of LSD Buildings

    Major Responsibilities: 

    To plan and management of LSD builds, refurbishments, moves and the cyclical redecorations (external and internal) management 
    To coordinate with contractors for building refurbishments and ensuring work is completed to standard and within the budget 
    To manage budgets and keeping records of payments
    To ensure all hard and soft services including cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance 
    To building fabric maintenance, fixtures and fittings repair 
    To ensure mechanical services repair and renewal management 
    To ensure Health & safety management
    To calculate and compile costs for required goods and services
    To ensure Liaising with building and residents
    To be responsible for a call-out system for emergencies, security and alarm-related call-outs 
    To ensure fire safety procedures and compliance 
    To ensure that facilities meet government regulations
    To submit periodic facility management reports for the management 
    To ensure training of employees for their development and performance improvement
    Any other task assigned by the Management

    Qualification: Experience: Bachelors of Engineering-Mechanical / Electrical
