Openings : Factory HR Manager 

Key Result Areas : 
Candidates with strong experience in IR related activities. 
Handling Labour issues in factories in different countries. 
Budget planning for the factory. 
Manpower planning for the Factory. 
Driving new initiatives. 
Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits. 
Handling union issues. 
End to end employee life cycle management. 
Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures . 
Handling the complete Employee life cycle management. 
Implementation of Wage Settlement. 
Responsible for recruitment and selection of permanent and contract manpower. 
Manage employee grievances. 

Statutory compliance under various labour laws. 
Preparing and Implementing IR and HR Policies.
Worked on the HRMS (Oracle, SAP) 
Will be responsible to manage HR overheads, cost, budgets, etc. 
Accountable for total HR service delivery (recruitment, compensation, payroll, training, engagement, grievance management, documentation, training) 
Handling the contract labour matters
Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce. 
Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
