1.Responsible for the day to day operation of our residential buildings & villas.
    2.Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, tenants and vendors. 
    3.Provide high standard of customer service to residents through a prompt and courteous response to all inquiries. 
    4.Should have experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs.
    5.Intake and processing of general maintenance requests; dispatching appropriate vendor to site; follow up to ensure proper resolution to the problem.
    6.Ensure all rents are collected, posted to the MRI tracking system and deposited in a timely manner; maintain accurate records of all transactions.
    7.Marketing and leasing of residential apartments and is under the direct supervision of Direct & Managing Director.
      8.Should be B.E / B.Tech / Diploma - Civil with 5+ experience in coordination of real estate activities
      9.Should have experience in Real estate industry.
      10.Should have ability to maintain relationship with owners, tenants & vendors.
      11.Must have valid passport
      12.Ready to relocate in Bahrain.
      13.Ready to attend interview at Ahmedabad on 3rd April,2016 (Sunday)
