Academy of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management (ACAHM) is an employment based Hospitality training college. ACAHM is affiliated with Culinary Solutions Australia International, (CSAI) and has been duly approved by Ministry of Education, Nepal. Foundation of this institute was for the fact that with ever increasing growth in Education sector number of educated but unemployed youth was also growing in equal proportion. A careful study revealed that though many a youth are educated but they lack some definite & objective skill/s in order to get employed. To create opportunity for educated youth where they can get some kind of objective skill/s ACA was established. Before giving a concrete shape to our idea of providing opportunities to educated but unemployed youth we envisioned a powerful theme 'BE SKILLED, BE EMPLOYED. What are those skill/s which are likely to bear fruit for the youth was an intriguing question for us, hence it was decided that we will opt for type/s of training affiliated to Hospitality Industry. It is well known fact that this sector is growing worldwide and demand for skilled persons in this sector is on global scale. To provide a truly international type of experience in this field we got ACA affiliated with renowned CSAI. We are providing an array of short term Australian vocational education in Nepal along with Bachelors, Post graduate Diploma and Masters degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality and culinary Studies. The Academy was established in the year 2010 with a clear vision 'BE SKILLED, BE EMPLOYED'. Moreover Globalization of the Education has brought umpteen opportunities for the students of Nepal to go abroad for further studies where they definitely need some kind of jobs to support their financial requirements.     Duties and Responsibilities: 
    • To teach and train Australian Diploma in Culinary Arts course.
    • Duty Hour 12 hrs a day from Sun- Fri

    • Degree in Hotel Management/ Culinary Arts
    • Must have at least 2 years of experience as CDC or Sous Chef in renown five star hotel
    • At least 8-10 years of experience in renown five star hotel
