    1. Network Engineer (Network Monitoring, NOC L1-L2)

    Job Description: 
    ** Required to work on 24x7 shift environment
    1. Dedicated Customer Front for APAC & US Region Premier Customer (PNMS Customer) includes receive customer claims and queries, and outage notification.
    2. Alarm Monitoring and Ticket management includes opening, updating and closing trouble tickets.
    3. Layer 1, 2 & 3 (ATM. Wide Area Ethernet, IP-VPN, Leased Line & etc) access-line operation
    4. Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting, isolation and network recovery for outages, QoS, packet drop and latency issues for all provided services.
    5. Network Carriers and SI equipment vendors engagement and control 
    6. Trouble information correspondence with other internal parties/ stakeholders within NTT Group.
    7. Planned Outage Management
    8. Change Request Management

    Mandatory Skills 
    1. Holder of CCNA, or equivalent 
    2. Working experience in Customer Front and/or Helpdesk
    3. Working experience in Carrier and/or SI Vendor engagement. 
    4. Shift work on 12 hours rotation basis. 
    5. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN topologies and WAN protocols 
    6. Cisco router routing, IP-VPN experiences 
    7. Telco experiences with E1, DS3, Metro Ethernet Access in Carrier and/or SI Vendor. 
    8. Excellent English Written and Communication Skills
    9. Bachelor's or Diploma degree of IT/ Networking Field 
    10. Basic understanding of network technologies and IP technologies. 
    11. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
    12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    2. Network Engineer (Network Construction)

    Job Description

    1. L1 / L2 / L3 Construction and Decommission
    2. Project Coordination interface with local subsidiaries, vendors, head quarter engineers
    3. Troubleshoot L1 / L2 / L3 core devices
    4. Telco card installation and removal, DC Exchange, handling Traverse, 7470, Cisco 7500, 12000, ALU, DNX-Sycamore, Juniper Switches, etc
    5. Team operation cooperation
    6. Work remotely on NTT POP equipment
    7. SID Project management
    8. Continuous Service Improvement

    Mandatory Skills 

    1. Holder of CCNA, or equivalent working experience in Carrier and/or SI Vendor. 
    2. Some of Working knowledge of the following are required at least.
    TCP/IP, LAN/WAN topologies and WAN protocols
    Telco experiences with E1, DS3, STM1/OC3 is preferable. 
    Cisco router routing, IP-VPN experiences
    3. Experience in NMS
    4. About 3 years working experiences as to legacy equipment (i.e. ATM and TDM) in Carrier and/or SI Vendor, 
    5. Or about 3 years equivalent working experiences and deep understanding of in WAN network technologies field.
    6. Working hour is Business Hour on Business Day. Able to work on non-BH during migration and while working with other countries Node engineers 
    7. Able to work in flexible working time environment 
    8. Excellent English Writing and Speaking Skill. 
    9. Bachelor's or Diploma degree of any Field 
    10. Basic understanding of network technologies and IP technologies. 
    11. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
