Service Franchisee Management and Franchisee Team management.
Customer Management Distributor, Retailer, End Consumer.
Invoice and Reconciliation.
Spare Parts Management.
- 5 Years Experience in Service and Service Management.
Ideally from the Mobile Phone Industry. However candidates from Consumer Electronics can also be looked upon.
Local Candidates ( from East Africa) are also welcome
Should have a good command technically on Mobile Phone as a product.
Should have managed Service Centre independently
Good command over MS office / Excel PPT Word
Distinctive abilities in service operation and franchisee management will be an advantage.
