Bakery Pastry Chef
    1. In charge of the baking, preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
    2. Advising new baking techniques and equipment to trainee chefs.
    3. Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes.
    4. Set the SOPs for bakery & pastry department
      1. Any Graduate
      2. Able to bake a variety of different dishes
      3. An awareness of all health and hygiene requirements.
      4. Experience of restaurant/pub/inn style food production.
      Cake Decorator Artist
          1. Cake Decorations: layer cakes/3D cakes/flat cakes or any occasions.
          2. Decorations using deco fondant, marzipan, butter cream & royal icing
          3. Cover and prepare cakes for further design and finishing
            1. An awareness of all health and hygiene requirements.
            2. Experience of restaurant/inn style food production.
            Butchery Staff
                1. Daily reports to the C.D.P
                2. Making mise-n-place for daily requirement
                3. Maintaining the butchery items
                4. Maintaining highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in Kitchen as per HACCP
                5. Co-ordinate with my all staff for smooth operation.
                  1. An awareness of all health and hygiene requirements.
                  2. Experience of restaurant/inn style food production.
                  Bakery Staff
                      1. Involved in the production of bakery and confectionery items.
                      2. Maintain the ccp of food.
                      3. Follow the food safety standard (HACCP)
                        1. Any Graduate
                        2. Able to bake a variety of different dishes
                        3. An awareness of all health and hygiene requirements.
                        4. Experience of restaurant/inn style food production.
