Sr. Maintenance Manager (Palm Oil Refinery Complex)
        Job Description

        • A strong team player who effectively support to meet Business Units objectives and goals
        • Responsible for overall Maintenance & Engineering Management of the entire complex
        • Develop a Maintenance Program that emphasize on planned maintenance which includes preventive and predictive to upkeep machine condition, improve equipment efficiency and system performance.
        • Establish maintenance KPI, monitor and manage the entire department performance and productivity.
        • Compile data and generate routine reports, update equipment maintenance record, equipment and materials documentation and inventory control.
        • Compliances to statutory requirement 

        Education/Experience : 

        • Bachelor degree in Engineering with more than 10 years experience in heavy industry is required.
        • Candidates/ Engineering expertise and experience in Mechanical rotating equipment and pressure vessel maintenance are preferred. Additional knowledge on high voltage electrical system and/or control systems from heavy industries (Refinery/Power Plant/Marine) is desirable and encourage to apply this position.

        Specific Knowledge/Skills :
         

        • Self driven , independent and analytical 
        • Posses a wide range of technical competence including the ability to understand and troubleshoot Process Plant, Power Plant and Utility material balance, heat balance, control / logic diagrams, PID schematics is preferred.
        • In- depth understanding of engineering disciplines and the practicing design code/statutory regulation. (Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Hydraulic)
        • A demonstrated capability to evaluate technical performance, identifying potential improvements, and determining/applying Best Practices in operation and maintenance areas 
        • A Team player and a strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing. 


        Objective 
        • Responsible for overall Maintenance & Engineering Management of the entire complex
        • Plan and organize corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance
        • Dedication to the maintenance function and is focused on the elimination of repetitive failures.
        • Responsible for reviewing and evaluating asset Preventive Maintenance Adequacy.
        • Ensure that the entire maintenance personnel are aware of quality cost and Industry Best Practices.
        • Identify and develop efficiencies for maintenance work wherever feasible assuring efficient and reliable operations, processes and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of assets at optimal costs.
        • Lead and participate in all aspect of engineering and project activities 
        • Provides technical and engineering leadership in monitoring and evaluating to ensure plant performance meets established standards, operating goals, permits and contracts and to identify improvement opportunities.
        • Review and comment on all plant Incident Reports; analyze equipment failures, determine causes; recommend recovery plans; and develop cost effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

        Management Support
         

        • Be part of the Senior Management Team and participate actively to achieve complex-wide business performance as per BSC and KPI
        • Provide technical advice to Management, Operations Head and Plant Manager.
        • Participate in budgetary preparation, tracking and analysis for Senior Management (for periodic analysis of costs trends).
        • Prepare routine and monthly management report 
        • Coaching, sharing, and pass-down the knowledge to the entire department
        • Maintain good communication and relationship with external and internal customers
        • Other assignment which may be assigned from time to time which includes special project, Continuous Improvement, Lean-Kaizen improvement & etc

        Sr. Utility Manager
          Responsibilities 
          • A strong team player who effectively support to meet Business Units objectives and goals
          • Responsible for overall Operation and Management of the Power Plant and Water Generation & Waste Water Treatment Plants
          • Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plants. Establish operational KPI, monitor and manage the entire department performance and productivity.
          • Develop and ensure implementation of the Operational SOP that emphasize on safe, reliable and system performance and efficient operation of the plants.
          • Compile data and generate routine reports, update equipment operational record, materials and fuel consumption and the inventory control.
          • Compliances to statutory requirement 

          Education/Experience :
           
          • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) with more than 10 years experience in similar position is required.
          • Engineering expertise and experience in Industrial Power Plant or Water Generation/Waste Water Treatment System
          • Additional knowledge on high voltage electrical system and/or control systems from heavy industries and maintenance exposure is desirable.
          • Good knowledge of coal handling & property. Proven track record of efficiency improvement initiative and performance management.

          Objective

          • Dedication to the operational functions and its focus on productivity and the elimination of repetitive issue and failures.

          • Identify and develop operational work wherever possible to ensure efficient and reliable operations, processes and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of assets at optimal costs.
          • Lead and participate in all aspect of performance improvement, efficiency improvement, engineering and project activities of the plants in-charge
          • Provides technical and engineering leadership in monitoring and evaluating to ensure plant performance meets established standards, operating goals, permits and contracts and to identify improvement opportunities.
