FIRE FIGHTING SUPERVISOR

    MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 4 -7 YEARS

    Control and extinguish fires or respond to emergency situations where life, property, or the environment is at risk. Duties may include fire prevention, emergency medical service, hazardous material response, search and rescue, and disaster management.

        The Job Description is given below:
        Supervise the activities of the Site team to comply with the projects different terms and conditions, in delivering its target objectives / scope, in order to ensure the timely handover and sign off of the customer / client.

        Other Requirements: 
        - Diploma in Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (Graduate in Mechanical Engineering will be given high preference) 
        - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Site Management with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role. 
        - Strong exposure to the installation, start up and commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of all types of HVAC systems.
        - Ability to read blueprints / technical diagrams of the different types of HVAC equipments and systems
        - Excellent Communication skills in English (Arabic speaking preferred)

        Electrical Foreman
          The Job Description is given below:
          Deliver the overall work requirements, in the installation, erection and construction of Electrical systems (Power, Control, & Low current), within the defined Project schedule while focusing on the work quality and the efficient usage of resources on hand, in order to ensure the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profit.
            Other Requirements: 
            - With a related diploma / trade certificate from any recognized technical / vocational / industrial training institute.
            - Minimum 8 years experience in an industrial electrical / electrical installation/operation works
            - Basic Communication skills in English (ArabicSpeaking preferred)

                Good Communication skills in English and Arabic.

    HVAC Technician
      DESIGNATION - HVAC TECHNICIAN

      MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 4 -7 YEARS

      SKILLS REQUIRED -

      Diploma or certification in Engineering, specialization Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

      Minimum 5yrs of exp in HVAC manufacturing or servicing organization

      Gulf experience would be added advantage

      Proven experience in Chiller & other industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance

      Fluent in English or Arabic added advantage

      Valid driving license.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Work delivery schedule lead in the delivery of work requirements, installation, commissioning, maintenance of chillers/ refrigeration, hvac system on time to meet contract deliverables

      Quality of work: lead in delivering the quality results or end product.
      Resource utilization efficiency 

      Ability to read wiring / technical diagrams related to all types of HVAC equipment.

      Knowledge in commissioning of chilled water systems and rebuilding of Heavy Duty AC compressors are
      considered as an additional advantage (required for Mechanic A level).

    HVAC Mechanic/ HVAC Technician

    Provide the necessary HVAC maintenance activities, from the installation, troubleshooting to the commissioning of single and / or multiple HVAC, refrigeration and other units, in order to complete the customer requirements in line with the Contract Agreement. 

    Job Description:

    • Ability to independently troubleshoot or install, start up, commission and air-balance all types of single / multiple HVAC & Refrigeration systems. 
    • Ability to read wiring / technical diagrams related to all types of HVAC equipment. 
    • Knowledge in commissioning of chilled water systems and rebuilding of Heavy Duty AC compressors are considered as an additional advantage (required for Mechanic A level). 
    • Valid Drivers license from his country with those having from any GCC country will be an advantage. 
    • Basic verbal and written Communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic). 

    Additional requirements for Mechanic A level 
    • Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair Chiller systems. 
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in the relevant field. 

    Qualification:
    • Secondary/ High school (Diploma Preferred) 
    • Craftsman Certificate or Diploma in AC and Refrigeration for Mechanics
    • Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience

      Key Responsibilities:

      Support the Project Manager in monitoring the projects performance and liaising with the different parties to develop recommendations on improvement / enhancement of the project leading to better efficient function and robust design
      Coordinate with the Sales, Production, QA / QC and other parties on the identification and resolution of issues.
      Analyze issues noted in the Field Failure Report and provide recommendations to resolve the issue.
      Conduct site visits to the field where the breakdown unit is located to evaluate the breakdown and the environment as and when necessary.
      Coordinate with other parties on the resolution as and when required.

    Chiller Technicians
