2) Supervise Pastry and Bakery kitchen operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
3) Operations encompassing Bakery and Confectionery operations.
4) Recognize superior quality products, presentation and flavour
5) To developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit
6) Maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
7) Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitization standards.
8) Menu planning, inventory management and maintenance of a hygienic environment in the kitchen.
9) Create, assist and maintain all standard recipes and use-records.
10) Assist with effective pastry kitchen equipment repair and maintenance program Implement and oversee on-going associate training.
- Graduate with hotel management and good experience in Bakery operation management minimum 10 to 12 years. Preferred Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery from recognised university
