Project Manager for INFOR LAWSON MOVEX M3 ERP Implementation & Solutions to be based at Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for A Diversified Saudi Arabian Conglomerate.
    The Company incorporated in 1967 deals with international brands in Machinery & Equipment, Tractors, Buses, Cranes, Asphalt Pavers, Compressors, Pumps, Hammers, Trucks and Lifts.

    Reporting to the ERP Director, the Responsibilities of the Project Manager for INFOR LAWSON MOVEX M3 ERP Implementation & Solutions include: 
    • Manage all direct management aspects for the implementation of modules or projects related to the ERP Infor M3
    • Lead the solution design and build activities, monitor and control project scope and objectives through full cycle implementations
    • Develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes including, resource allocation, progress tracking, issue and risk management, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on time delivery within budget and time scales.
    • Conduct project meetings and take full charge of project tracking and analysis
    • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and reviews project deliverables for accuracy and completeness
    • Work with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
    • Ensure full support to Business Readiness
    • Track, measure and report on progress
    • Support and guide Solutions team

    Desired Candidate Profile 
    • BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc Computers / MCA / MBA along with a PMP Certification and a minimum of 5 years in INFOR M3 ERP Project Management, Implementation and Solution Design
    • Previous large scale ERP Infor M3 project management experience is a must
    • Can confidently and independently manage an INFOR M3 Implementation, meet requirements and stay within budgets
    • Expertise in use of Microsoft Project software is a must
    • A thorough understanding of the business processes
    • Ability to effectively meet project deadlines
    • Comfortable with presentations and communications across all levels of the client organization
    • Strong applications experience
