- Forecasting, budgeting, reviewing and management reporting of operational performance
    - Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
    - Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports with auditors, tax consultants etc.
    - Support management in managing the financial health of the company including analysis, reporting of financial performance
    - Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control
    - Statutory compliance
    - Monthly and quarterly MIS

    - CA with 5-7 yrs of experience in Financial Accounting, Management Reporting, Financial Control in the Retail Industry
    - Retail Industry experience is a must
