HR Generalist

Responsible for general Employee Relations activities within the region, including coaching and counseling for managers and employees.
First escalation point for employees in resolving conflicts/complaints - Investigate complaints, prepare findings and resolutions for review by the Director or Manager of Human Resources and the appropriate members of management
Ensure proper administration and adherence to Corporate policies and procedures
Act as liaison between the Recruiting team and the Hiring Manager, responsible for all administrative duties related to recruiting and selection and ensuring that the best possible candidates are hired into each position.


Responsible for ensuring proper on-boarding of new employees in the region.
On and as-needed basis, participate in on-site employment-related administration activities for various large concerts and festivals.
Administers health and welfare plans as well as works with retirement plan. Processes required documentation to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits.
Counsels employees (and potential employees/applicants) on plan provisions so that individuals can make informed decisions on benefits.
Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans functioning as liaison with various insurance carriers.
Writes, revises, edits and proofreads company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.


Works with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources. Efficiently and effectively assist in filling open positions.
Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems.
Participates in surveys to ensure pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations and meets organizations objectives.
Assist in bench-marking positions against market to ensure competitive compensation.
Coordinates implementation/ maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Recruitment Manager- Hospitality

We are looking for enthusiatic professionals who have their expertise in Hospitality Recruitments for atleast 10 year and above.

Applicant should have atleast 10 years of work experience in Hospitality Recruitments.
Applicant should have experience in handling end to end Recruitment Life Cycle.
Ensure high quality (HR) procedures were in place, which is in line with the Labour Law policy governing recruitment and selection.
Collecting and analysing various recruitment & budgetary data; preparing scheduled and special reports pertaining to budget &recruitment schemes.
Over viewing the implementation of the recruitment strategy to attract, select and retain the best performing talent in the market, in addition to securing to a sustainable candidate pipeline.

Supervising the identification of manpower specifications including job descriptions and pay scales to enable optimized resource allocation, and accurate succession planning.
Playing an integral role in preliminary screening, short listing of resumes, and arranging/conducting interviews; reviewing recruitment processes to steer continuous improvement for cost savings and workflow efficiency.
Keeping abreast of workforce trends and turnover data; reporting labor market intelligence findings to the HR Director, including information pertaining to critical skills, future vacancies, and budget management
Plan and finalize the department manpower for the slack and peak seasons.
Maintaining various administration programs & recruitment projectrecords and statistical information relating to the same.

Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods, that wouldattract top quality candidates along with Balanced Scorecards, KPI’s appropriate to company benchmarking needs.
Participating in the preparation of hotels & restaurant's recruitment budget.
Liaising with the recruitment agents effectively ensuring that the recruitment contracts are in place and the legal requirements are fulfilled.
Conducting interviews and maintaining interview assessments for all applicants.
Maintaining an up to date CV’s Database, for future facilitation of recruitment needs.
Recruitment duties including liaising with recruitment agencies/ local newspaper in placing job adverts.

Working closely with department managers to assess man-power needs and providing the management with the same.
Preparing monthly reports and vacancy lists for new Man-Power Requirements (MPR).
Adding value to recruiting processes and cutting down on cost involved.
Adding Value to Applicant CV/ Resume screening process by preparing a standard Evaluation Report and grading the Resume based on the compatibility with Job Description.
