    • Managing Recruitment requests for Department Heads - from sourcing to hiring.
    • Managing the Recruitment process on Social Media from drafting the post, sourcing, sharing dashboard figures and ensures full utilization of the platform.
    • Fully Responsible for content management of the HR internal and external websites across all locations.
    • Promote the implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
    • Familiar with other core HR functions like Performance Management and Workforce Development.
    • Assist and support the Team in any other ad hoc task
    • Skills
    • Graduate with majors in Human Resources, Commerce or Business Studies.
    • MBA/Master's degree in human resource/SPHR preferable.
    • Excellent business English skills written and verbal is mandatory.
    • Fluency is Arabic is also preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience with 4 years in a full time Recruitment role.
    • HR Oracle ERP / MS Office suite familiarization / practice is mandatory.
    • Ability to take ownership and go the extra mile.
    • Resilient and good teamwork skills
    • 5+ years experience
