Group Leader Required for Leading Group of Hypermarket/ Supermarket in Saudi Arabia

Job Location: Any City in Saudi Arabia

Interview: CV Shortlisting & Face to Face interview with Client in India

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Masters or Equivalent qualification

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets & Convenience stores (Foods, drinks and FMCG Goods stores)

No. of store managed:  Minimum 15-20 stores- each store must be approximately (2000 sq.ft  to 3000 sq.ft)

Desired candidates Profile:
  • Specialties: Candidate must have good experience in Hypermarkets / Supermarket Store Management, Food Retail Operations, FMCG Goods Stores, Convenient Stores Operations, Cash and Carry Retail, Pick-n- Pay
  • Must have experience in managing 15-20  number of stores around 2000 – 3000 Sq.feet each  
  • The convenience store must have food, drinks, and goods with expiry date.
  • Work with costumer, Logistics, staffs, stores visit, achieving target and L&P.
  • Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record to provide a high quality service

Job Description:
  • Review annual objectives for each store within assigned group, cascades down objectives and KPI’s to store managers
  • Plans and monitors training needs for direct reports and provides professional coaching to senior managers
  • Responsible for Talent management/ succession planning/ replacement of any managers/ career planning / Employee Motivation / Maintain high retention rates. 
  • Regularly review Total group operational key performance indicators on sales, stock loss, payroll, retail expenses, store profitability, customer satisfaction, store standards and safety and hygiene to identify problem areas and agree with team on action steps.
  • Use knowledge of local markets, competition and customers to influence strategic and tactical thinking
  • Build operational budgets that control costs and income. Forecast and manage cost center expenditure within budget.
