Qualification Completed 12 years of education
Salary - AED 3000 - AED 6000
Experience - 5 Yrs
2 years Gulf Country Must
Fluent in English (read and write) and Hindi/Urdu (speak and understand)
Communication with suppliers
Computer literate to work with MS Office package as min.
Working under pressure and extended hour

Job Description
Ensure that all materials entering and leaving the store are in good acceptable condition
Entry in the system and update all stock
Maintain minimum stock of all consumables frequently used
Ensure all materials are stored and transported as per manufacturer and client requirements
Arrange all documents relevant to each material like MSDS, TDS, operating manual etc
Coordinate with the suppliers for proper documentation at the time of delivery itself
Check for all requests received in the system and check availability at store. If there is
Follow up with procurement Dept. till the requested item is delivered at the site
Track the pending items for delivery, if any
Coordinate with Maintenance Dept. for any requirements of spare parts, consumables etc and initiate requests for purchase. Ensure minimum stock for all spare parts as well
Update and maintain records for the Division material in store
Receive all goods and materials to the projects from the store as per the requirement
Prepare the materials for transportation
Coordinate with Sites Ma nagement during delivery, mobilization, transfers and demobilization
For Offshore sites - Prepare consignment notes and arrange baskets for delivery with proper packing list
Receive the material from the supplier as per the purchase order requirement and check the quantity against delivery
Check the physical stock in the store every 3 months. Ensure this is correct against the system stock as well. If there is any variation inform the Store Manager
Prepare the stock transfer voucher, stock issue voucher and entering delivery notes
Proper filing and document maintaining for all the above jobs
