            Business Process Officer / Trainee
                A candidate with experience in either HR management or Planning function or
                Process development or Document Control Management. Candidate should have:
                (1) functional know how i.e. knowledge of organizational business process 
                (2) ability to think systematically and follow a process oriented approach
                (3) Ability to conduct training including developing training material
                (4) Good drafting ability, knowledge of making flow charts
                (5) Negotiation and ability to convince the key employees on process related aspects

                      Maintaining Timeline and scheduling Meeting, Preparing MOM and attending calls for scheduling day to day activities for Contract Manager. 
                      Coordinate all activities related to the Documents Control Procedure, including Technical Documents, Drawings etc.

                          Should be able to work on Architectural Landscaping Projects of large campus and high end Residential Complexes.
                            The incumbent Should have minimum 5 year's of experience, worked on Architectural Landscaping Projects of large campus and high end Residential Complexes
                            Quantity Surveyor
                                Experience in building finishes, fit-out contracting. Should prepare monthly valuations, subcontractors payment certificates, submit variations, final accounts, follow up for payment certificates, submit cost build up, prepare budgets etc. 
                                Should have full knowledge of international contract conditions like FIDIC, Oman standard conditions and fluent in reading architectural drawings.
