Mechanical Engineer (buildings)
- * Performs skilled maintenance and repair work; does related work as required.
* Replaces and/or re-builds new stairways, re-roofs buildings or re-builds existing roofs, replaces and repairs porch steps, railings, floors, etc.;
- * University degree
* Good knowledge of the tools, techniques and terminology of two or more of the building and mechanical trades.
* Good knowledge of the accident and safety precautions which generally apply to the building and mechanical trades.

- Structural Draftsman
- Jobs at this level are part of a structural drafting team engaged in the preparation of engineering drafting input for offshore projects. Job holders are closely supervised in carrying out their activities.
* Prepares detailed engineering drawings

- Architectural Draftsman
- * Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.
* Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents
- * University degree
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Can work with less supervision and under pressure.
* Fluent in English.
* Experienced and competent Computer Aided Design (CAD) operator (AutoCAD latest release).
- Electrical Draftsman
- * Assemble documentation packages and produce drawing sets which are then checked by an engineer or an architect.
* Confer with engineering staff and other personnel to resolve problems.
* Draft working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection
- * University degree
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Can work with less supervision and under pressure.
* Fluent in English.
* Experienced and competent Computer Aided Design
- Mechanical Draftsman
- * Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
* Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and system

- * preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;

* Strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages;
