We started out as a small family business, but have since expanded operations further into countries including the UK, Japan, Germany, Mexico, France, and Spain, while streamlining our sales, marketing, logistics, and R&D processes.     Primary Duties and Responsibilities
    Responsible for managing a product development on the top level
    Define strategic product direction, the product roadmap, pricing, competitive analysis, product positioning and business cases
    Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to development prioritization
    Specifying, and prioritizing, technology use cases and requirements for current and future features by conducting market research, working with business groups and defining the User stories
    Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, business group requirements, product commits.
    Analyzing potential partner and service-level relationships for the product
    Develop, own and communicate the product roadmap periodically
    Gather customer feedback and suggest functional improvements
    Serve as product evangelist internally and externally
    Drive on-going product management planning and collaboration with different stakeholders in business groups, engineering, marketing and IT teams, across time zones and cultures

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Experience with SaaS product design and delivery
    Passion for great user experience and design 
    Strong Knowledge of technologies and use cases for Cloud-native SaaS, Analytics
    Deep understanding of multi-channel sales and marketing with proven work experience in the field
    Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, UE design, engineering, QA and launch 
    Knowledge of MS SQL, Visual Studio Online/TFS/Git, Agile development, continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, Microsoft Azure platform
    Experience working with and evaluating open source technologies and demonstrated ability to make objective choices
    Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate across time zones and cultures
    5+ years experience
