  •  Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly sales report and monthly Food cost report.
  •  Making the P&L Reports.
  •  Perform administrative activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and payroll.
  •  Schedule staff work hours and activities.
  •  Guide, direct, and train staff.
  •   Implement ideas or products.           
  •   Handling operational functions like staff briefings, creating the duty roster, shift management.
