Fully accountable for the P&L delivery and manage concepts growth (increased market share) , market and property strategy
    In collaboration with/in line with Concept HQ:
    Develop country retail strategy and ensure implementation of the same
    Maintain optimum stock levels and drive business performance parameters
    Leverage customer insights, drive customer loyalty
    Implement brand strategy and optimize marketing spend

    Manage local supply chain to achieve optimum stock levels and markdowns
    Responsible for managing multi support function outcome
    Accountable for finalization of annual business plan, sales and operating budgets and monitoring implementation
    Manage project CAPEX control and new stores launch
    Benchmark and establish operational best practices and ensure consistency in implementation

    Monitor and analyze findings from competitors and market intelligence data and outperform competition
    Responsible for managing the teams development, training and performance through performance management & coaching to ensure succession
    pipeline is built at all levels in the concept structure
      15 - 20 years of work experience of which at least 8 years should be in a senior management capacity, handled retail sales / operations in a large retail format. 
      Should have handled a large geographic region
