Sales Engineers
        General Functions :
        To identify potential customers, obtain enquiries, assist with pricing and obtaining the work.
        Diploma in Engineering or related field.
        At least 3 years of practical work experience in a machine and Fabrication Shop.
        Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical field.
        At least 5 years of practical work experience in a Machine/Fabrication shop, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales position.

        Job Related Qualifications/Skills
        Communication: Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an acceptable manner.
        Knowledge of Work: must understand different aspects of job. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
        Adaptability, Creativity: willing and able to adapt to new working practices and working environment.
        Performance of Work & Teamwork: must contribute towards promoting productive work relations, ability to interact and cooperate with peers and superiors.
        Health and Safety: must be familiar and adopt safe and hygienic working practices. Should observe safety rules and regulations of the company.
        Compliance: must adhere to the QMS, Health and Safety policies and procedures of the Company and comply with other requirements as applicable.

        Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
        To attend daily enquiry meeting.
        To keep the monthly Sales Target agreed with GM maintained.
        To identify and target potential clients in Bahrain.
        To contact, visit and meet potential clients in order to market companys products and services.
        To carry out introductory meetings and Technical presentations to clients.
        To assess clients, with initial technical/commercial support, according to inquiry requirements.
        To maintain and fill all sales related documents, according to HHW Quality system, Tender Register, Tender Enquiry etc.

        To present the incoming inquiries and tenders, in daily basis for GMs and department heads approval.
        To have regular communication with the clients to ensure continuous feedback about the status of submitted offers (won, lost or pending).
        To identify new potential clients, and process all the necessary pre-qualify requirements, to keep the company as an approved vendor.
        Ensure quotation file is updated and properly kept.
        To upkeep of Sales brochure
        To comply with the companys Quality Management System and other certification requirements.
        To perform other related activities, assigned from time to time, by the immediate superior.
        To have willingness, to attend GCC and International Sales Activities.
        Sales Engineer : Fabrication Machine
