In 2014, company transformed to Vivansaa Infratech Pvt Ltd, marching voraciously into the Real Estate market at 2 cities, Bangalore & Pune. Previously known under the name Viijcon Properties from 2011-2013, Viijcon had started off its grand career in Pune. Under Viijcon, properties like Senoraa, Abanna and Cellandine came into existence.     Graduate with 3-6 years experience in TARGET based sales 
    Interact with NRI clients professionally over phone and bring it to sales closure.
    Keep records of client interactions and follow up until the sales complet closure.
    Provide Post-sales support and develop the client relationship
    Inform clients about new launches to generate new repeat business & referrals

    Job entails cold calling the enquiry data to check on interest in the project through provided data / source 
    Convert leads into site visits and eventually complete booking process of the flat/ units completely
    Good communication skills, networking skills & business realtionship management.
    Should be presentable and well aware of sales techniques and etiquettes 
    Additional knowledge of SALES FORCE is a plus 
    Should have handled sales of 1.5 5 Crs worth properties
