Responsible for bringing new Lifts/Escalators within the AMC and subsequent renewals.Preparation of Area wise/ region wise exhaustive Collection plan and allocation of the same to teams
Establishing and maintaining internal control policies and processes and ensuring that day to day maintenance processes are accurate and timely.
Providing necessary guidance and input to staff / colleagues in the team to facilitate AMC renewal activities are demonstrated as per expectations of management.
Review accounts and collections on daily basis
- Ensuring renewal of AMCs in time by continual follow up and interaction with customers
Empathizing with the customers through Service Sales and Technical teams at branch level for necessary technical and commercial support
Developing good rapport with customers and for smooth running of business
Initiating legal course of action against defaulting customers in consultation with management
Developing a periodical MIS (Management Information System)
Strategizing to retain repeat customers.
Collaborate with senior management on the completion of monthly cash flow, participate in cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships with associates in related departments
