Cost Accountant (Manufacturing)
    Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis.

    Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward.

    Analyse cost accounting data and assist with cycle count / physical inventories.

    Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls

    Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts.

    Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.

    Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.

    Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management.

    Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.

    Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.

    Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

    Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.

    Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

    Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
      Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Cost accounting with Solid Mineral Manufacturing, Automobile / Machine Equipment Manufacturing unit.
      Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards.

      Ability to research, compile, analyse and interpret data.

      Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.

      Must be ready to relocate at Nigeria.

      General Manager (Steel)
        To manage overall responsibility of plant operations - (Production scheduling, Engineering, Stores & inventory management, Administration & SCM, etc.)

        Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.

        Cross functional team building, EHS and process management & Re- Engineering.

        To make and maintain the manufacturing budget and make sure the operation remains profitable. 

        To ensure that Total Quality Management is being followed.

        To oversee Process & Product Quality Development.

        To foster a culture of continuous improvement methodologies consistent with and support of a lean manufacturing culture.

        To identify & implement the process automation opportunities.

        To develop plant capability roadmap development - Identification of functions / Individuals / level wise training requirement etc
          Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in production or operations with Iron / Steel industry.

          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

          Excellent leadership and man management skills.

          Analytical, cost conscious and proactive.

          Must be ready to relocate at Nigeria.

          Store Keeper (Steel Manufacturing)

            The Storekeeper is responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory.

            Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 
            Periodical stock checking / Audit.

            Issue material to production department as per material request note received.

            Makes intra- and inter-campus deliveries of requested surplus material and merchandise; maintains records of all deliveries. 

            Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff. 

            Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.

            Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate. 

            Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.

            Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. 

            Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property
              Candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience working in warehouse and storage operations with steel manufacturing industry. 

              Should have knowledge of modern warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, freight tags, and the use and meaning of each; computerized warehouse record keeping systems.

              Must be ready to relocate at Nigeria.
