    Position Title:  Business Development Manager

    Key Job responsibilities and duties 
    Responsible for Business Development of ICT business 
    1. Estimate and Bid the total ICT package inclusive of all sub-systems including Audio Visual, IT, Telephone, Networking and Communication Systems for all vertical markets (Hotels, Industries, Oil & Gas,Commercial, Govt and homeland) 
    2. a. Communication Systems inclusive of Radio, Microwave, Tetra, IP Telephone, Conferencing, Collaboration endpoints and unified communication etc.) 
    3. b. Networking inclusive of enterprise network devices, passive intelligent backbone (copper and Fiber)
    4. c. IT Systems inclusive of servers and storage, virtualization etc.
    5. d. Audio Visual Systems (Cutting-edge presentation technology, such as video conferencing, video walls, digital signage and command and control systems) 
    6. e. All Microwave & Fiber Optic backbone works (underground, aerial, OPGW, etc.), and OSP related works. 
    7. Achievement of Business objectives and expectations 
    8. Relationship management with consultants / Clients / Suppliers
    9. Implement Business Strategy in close Coordination with General Manager. 
    10. Maintain profitability in the Product lines as per the Business Plan. 
    11. Receivables are collected. Statutory compliance. 
    12. Knowledge of Markets, Customers & Competitors.
    13. Should be aware of the local market conditions. Aware of local statutory laws. 
    14. Awareness of environmental trends and new business opportunities.
    15. Timely, Complete & Error- Free Order Transfer Documentation
    16. Understand scope of work and design appropriate solutions 
    17. including detailed Bill of Quantities. 
    18. To liaise with Project Operations team for project implementation
    19. and ensure client satisfaction and account management in terms of performance assurance
    Deliverables 
    • Meeting or exceeding the business unit objectives.
    • Successful performance of the business in all aspects.
    Candidate Profile 

    Qualification - B.E/ B. TECH in Electronics & Communication, IT 

    Experience - 
    1. Relevant experience of 12-15 years (4 years mandatory in Gulf) in sales / marketing of ICT package all sub-systems including Audio Visual, IT, Telephone, Networking and Communication Systems. 
    2. Generating Sales Enquiries and business development as required.
    3. Strong exposure to various ICT systems and reputed brands. 
    4. a. Communication Systems inclusive of Radio, Microwave, Tetra, IP Telephone, Conferencing, Collaboration endpoints and unified communication etc.) 
    5. b. Networking inclusive of enterprise network devices, passive intelligent backbone (copper and Fiber) 
    6. c. IT Systems inclusive of servers and storage, virtualization etc.
    7. d. Audio Visual Systems (Cutting-edge presentation technology, such as video conferencing, video walls, digital signage and command and control systems) 
    8. e. All Microwave & Fiber Optic backbone works (underground, aerial, OPGW, etc.), and OSP related works.
    9. Strong presentation and communication skills required. 
    10. Experience in managing large accounts is mandatory.
    11. Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills. 
    12. Shows drive for results and takes initiatives. 
    13. Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    14. Able to handle technical and commercial meetings independently and presenting successfully with the stake holders.
    15. Experience in managing products/vendor relationship shall be an advantage.
    16. Having Gulf experience and valid GCC Driving licenses is mandatory 

    Salary:  Ro. 1150+475 (After 3 Months Ro 1150+ 625 + Family Status.)
