Laundry Manager
    Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management with Industrial Training in Laundry; Experience of 10 years in Hotel / Hospital / Catering company. Must be able to oversee the operation of large industrial type laundry while controling costs and ensuring quality work. Must have knowledge of use of various types of laundry cleaning chemicals. Knowledge of QA & HSE will be an advantage.
    Janitor Supervisor
        Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management with Industrial Training in Janitor Services; Experience of 5-6 years in Hotel / Hospital / Catering company. Must be able to plan Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services. Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements. Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards. Knowledge of QA & HSE will be an advantage.
        Pastry Chef
            Diploma in Catering Management / Professional Cookery / Food Production with 4-6 years experience of which at least 2 years must be in Supervisory position in Hotel / Catering company. Should have the Knowledge in preparation of various breads / sweets / pastries / confectioaries in a hotel / restaurant / catering company. Must be able to produce quantity without compromising on quality. Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP will be an advantage.

            Head Cook

            Diploma / Certificate Course in Professional Cookery / Food Production with 4-5 years experience of which at least 2-3 years must be in Supervisory position in Hotel / Catering company. Must have knowledge of Food Hygiene, HACCP, Customer Satisfaction, Menu Planning and Cost Control without compromising on the quality and ability to lead a team of professionals.

            Chef 
              Diploma in Catering Management / Professional Cookery / Food Production with 5-6 years experience of which at least 2 years must be in Supervisory position in Hotel / Catering company. Must have good knowledge of Food related HSE, Food Hygiene, HACCP, Customer Satisfaction, Innovative Menu Planning and Cost Control without compromising on the quality and ability to lead a team of professionals.
              Receptionist / Help Desk
              Diploma / Certificate Course in Front Office Management with 2-3 years experience in Hotel / Motel / Club of repute. Will be required to do check in / check out of guests, ensure proper billing of all guest services, ensure guests are provided best service.
              Administrator 
                  B.Com/Bsc. Degree Commerce graduate & computer literate and 4 - 5 years' experience in the similar field. Computer literate (Word, Excel). Fluent in English (Written & Speaking).
