    Craft Course in Cookery with 4-5 years experience in preparation of chappatis and pharotas. 
    Must be able to produce quantity without compromising on quality.

    Store Keeper

      Graduate in Commerce with minimum 3-5 year experience in storekeeping work in a trading / hotel / catering company.

      Should have knowledge of stock taking, checking supplier invoices, FIFO or LIFO for shelves arrangement. 

      Computer literate. Must possess basic food hygiene certificate. Fluent in English.

    Baker 
      Diploma / Certificate Course in Professional Cookery (Bakery / Pastry / Confectionery) 

      2-3 years experience in preparation of various breads / sweets / pastries / confectioneries in a hotel / restaurant / catering company. 

      Must be able to produce quantity without compromising on quality.

      Butcher 
      Diploma in Cooking, with more than 4 Years' experience in same field. 

      Food Hygiene, Hotel or Industrial Catering experience is required and hotelier is preferable. 

      Possess basic food & Hygiene Certificate. Must speak English.

      Salad Maker

        Diploma in Cooking, with more than 4 Years' experience in same field. 

        Food Hygiene, Hotel or Industrial Catering experience is required and hotelier is preferable. 

        Possess basic food & Hygiene Certificate. Must speak English.

    Cook 
      Diploma / Certificate Course in Professional Cookery / Food Production 

      3-4 years experience in Hotel / Catering company. 

      Must have knowledge of Food Hygiene, HACCP, Customer Satisfaction, Menu Planning and Cost Control without compromising on the quality and ability to lead a team of professionals.

      Continental Cook

        Diploma in Cooking, with more than 4 years, experience in preparation and cooking European, Continental, Far East Food. 

        Educational qualification is secondary school certificate or higher.Understand good hygiene practice and possess basic food hygiene certificate. 

        Must be fluent in English. Continental: Knowledge of European, French, Italian menu and able to prepare the same.

        Responsible for preparing sauces, continental dishes and art of cooking plus services with appropriate garnishes.

    Indian Cook
      Diploma / Certificate Course in Professional Cookery / Food Production with more than 4 years experience of which at least 1-2 years must be in Supervisory position in Hotel / Catering company. 
      Must have knowledge of Food Hygiene, HACCP, Customer Satisfaction, Menu Planning and Cost Control without compromising on the quality and ability to lead a team of professionals.
      Indian: Thorough knowledge of cooking, poach baking, braise, and prepare sauces for all Asian dishes. Able to prepare and cook all North & South Indian dishes.
        Pastry Man

            Diploma / Certificate Course in Professional Cookery (Bakery / Pastry / Confectionery) 

            2-3 years experience in preparation of various breads / sweets / pastries / confectioneries in a hotel / restaurant / catering company. 

            Must be able to produce quantity without compromising on quality.

            Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP will be an advantage.

    Dietician 

      Graduate in science preferably in microbiology with Diploma in Dietetics. 

      Minimum of 5 years in reputed hospitals/Catering companies. Experience in companies where the training, HSE, Quality Assurance had been a key factor would be added advantage. 

      Must be fluent in English (written & verbal).

    Waiter 

      Secondary School/Certificate, with more than 4 Years' experience in reputed Hotel / Restaurant Banquet Department, hardworking. 

      Knowledge of Food Hygiene. Speaks fluent English.

    Waitress 
      Secondary School/Certificate, with more than 4 Years' experience in reputed Hotel / Restaurant Banquet Department, hardworking. 

      Knowledge of Food Hygiene. Speaks fluent English.

      Chapatti Helper

        Should work in similar capacity for not less than 3 years. Should have enough knowledge of basic food hygiene. Basic spoken English.
