    The Finance Trainee (Manager) role will involve managing day to day activity of the current business in the country . He would be exposed to Financial , Book keeping ,budgetary aspects of the business. 

    The Key competencies involve 
    o Financial reporting - Timely MIS and Financials as per CC date lines and ensuring compliance of statutory date lines 
    o Treasury Operations - Ensuring that the unit is funded and the proceeds are sold at optimal rate 
    o Budgeting/forecasting & reporting as per requirements 
    o Legal, Regulatory & Statutory Compliance - ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements 
    o Risk Management and Control
    o Audit
    o Business partnership and support
    o Internal and external stakeholder relationships
    o Training and development of team
    o Strengthening controls system by regular monitoring of Customer Outstanding, Stock positions.
