    Experience- 15+ years

    Location- Orlando, Florida

    Experience in managing remote infrastructure operations

    Experience in Leading NOC operations for a large environment 5000+ servers

    Should be ITIL/ITSM certified and experience in implementing ITIL practices in existing projects

    Drive the NOC operations

    Liaising with multiple stakeholders and setting expectations on the SLA
    Establish procedures for continual improvement processes
    o Measure performance of NOC team and product teams.
    Defining Processes and channelizing communication between multiple teams offshore and onsite
    Experience in developing, managing and reporting KPIs and performance statistics

    Identify areas to automate alerts resolution and bring in efficiency in managing them.

    Ensure knowledge base is always updated by Identification and remediation of documentation shortcomings, including drafting, reviewing and coordinating with SMEs to ensure validity of existing / new / missing documentation

    Work with offshore manager to schedule resources based on major releases

    Produced effective results in Operational Efficiencies and Productivity Gains

    Able to help establish and drive direction of NOC policies and procedures
