Required for the central kitchen of a large chain of restaurants
- Hands on chef having experience in large kitchens, mass production or having handled a central kitchen.
Actively involved in menu engineering and analysis on existing menu.
Do food costing, menu planning etc.
- Should have over 12 years experience preferably in Flight Kitchens, Cruise ships or Banquets.
Should have good communication and management skills.
Should be able to manage a big team.
