Required for the central kitchen of a large chain of restaurants
    Hands on chef having experience in large kitchens, mass production or having handled a central kitchen.
    Actively involved in menu engineering and analysis on existing menu.
    Do food costing, menu planning etc.
      Should have over 12 years experience preferably in Flight Kitchens, Cruise ships or Banquets.
      Should have good communication and management skills.
      Should be able to manage a big team.
