    Major Responsibilities
    1. Identify, develop and evaluate sales strategic plans for new and existing products. Specially Paint and its related products.
    2. Formulate, direct and coordinate sales activities to boost revenue.
    3. Develop and maintain good communication and working relationship with all relevant parties.
    4. Assist the management in planning, organizing and managing of the various activities conducted within the organization.
    5. Observe and make recommendations to the management regarding more effective and more organized handling of operations within the organization.
    6. Project and maintain a positive and professional image of the organization through all means of communication.

    1. Identifying potential business to business categories from the stores product mix and penetrating the B2B products into the market by calling and meeting in person with target customers and closing project and B2B sales.
    2. Review, report and manage the productivity of the sales plans and programs.
    3. Initiate and conduct research and surveys to identify prospective markets/customers for services and products, and determine market requirements for existing and future products.
    4. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
    5. Monitor competitors pricing, product assortment, services, fees, and marketing efforts to ensure stores Business-to-Business program is competitive. 
    6. Track and review Business-to-Business customer purchases to identify trends and opportunities. 
    7. Research quotes and orders, process customer orders. 
    8. Provide training to internal team members on product knowledge, sales skills, customer service and technology.
    9. Assist in the recruiting, training and managing of sales staff, supervise their day-to-day performance and assist in their performance evaluation. 
    10. Other tasks assigned
      The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager are to develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet the organizations objectives, 
      and coordinate and maintain the activities of generating Business-to-Business sales, while building and maintaining business and customer relationships.
      Salary: USD 1000 per Month with sharing house accommodation excluding the utility expenses. A target allowance of USD 300. per month.
