The Wings Marketing W.L.L is the flagship company which was launched in 2009 as a trading company supplying Gabro, Limestone, Back Filling materials etc. to major projects in Qatar. Today we are specialised in tyres and lubricants for the Motor Vehicle Industry. We represent a major brand from India , “TVS” Tyres – who are pioneers in
Off Road/Industrial Tyres. We also import a highly reputed tyre brand, “Keter” from China and also deal in most popular brands.

Job Location: Qatar

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan, covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Qatar.
• Development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.

• Ensure that all sales representatives’ activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the FMCG Sector Regulations of Qatar like health approvals.
• Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives and delivery team to accomplish specific objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.
• Drive the sales team at a pace that will deliver results while leading from the front and personally delivering a targeted sales volume and revenue.
• Progressing deals to completion and dealing with difficult customers on behalf of the team.

• Plan and implement specific biannual appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
• Personally observe the performance of the sales and delivery team.
• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales representatives so that they possess sufficient product knowledge and skills to present information of the company’s product in an accurate and balanced manner.
• Maintaining the office profile through advertising, websites and being aware of the market conditions and trends.

• Ensuring all written communication is appropriate, accurate and follows our standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining the company’s reputation and upholding the company’s values and culture. Also responsible for keeping companies critical information confidential.
• Responsibility to ensure that no expired items are in the shelves in the market by managing the merchandisers/Delivery Boys.
• Responsibility of achieving the monthly Sales and Revenue plan based on the quarterly/yearly plan submitted to Finance.

• Quarterly review of Sales & Revenue plan with the Management.
• Vehicle Management of the Sales/Delivery Team.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
