Plan, define and manage HR functions and processes like employee selection and orientation, performance management, employee motivation, training & development, talent management & retention, compensation, reward & recognition.
    -At least 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing set up.
    -Should preferably have a Masters degree in HR / MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
    -High level of integrity and stability
    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
