International Skill Development Company (ISDC), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking to employ 5 teachers with 2 years of experience. 

The salary will be SR 5000 to SR 6000 + SR 1000 for accommodation. Transportation is provided by the company. 

Job Describtions of the Teachers:-

• Prepare and implement lesson plans.
• Individualize curriculum to best fit the needs of current classroom dynamics and demographics.
• Motivate students with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation.
• Classroom behavioural management.
• Communicate and partner effectively with parents.
• Provide parents with accurate progress report.
• Represent the Franchise in throughout the centre and at community events.
• Possess strong knowledge of procedures and methodology of Franchise Attend all staff meetings.
• Supervise, evaluate, and plan for teacher assistants and volunteers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming classroom equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records.
• Can do multi-tasking, ability to adopt changes in a positive manner.
• Ability to connect and interface with parents on their child learning’s
• Accept the direction, supervision and constructive criticism from the coordinator and employer
• Ability to possess a high degree of professionalism (appearance, dress and communication)
• Ability to establish effective relationships with parents and children.
• Ability to supervise and maintain classroom order and function.

Skills Required
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in international schools/ Pre School preferred
• Knowledge of human behaviour and Performance.
• Bachelor degree in Education / Linguistic Literature, Sociology, Psychology is a plus.
• Learning and motivation.
• Psychological research methods and the assessment.
• Task and time Management.
• Proper grooming and attire.

Teachers are expected to work 6 days a week with annual vacation for 30 days with a round trip air ticket to visit home and back.
