Job Description: The Technical Sales Engineer should interface with current and potential upstream customers in Kuwait. The product line categories include drilling, wireline, slickline, well testing, completion, production and workover equipment, pumping & stimulation equipment, specialty chemicals and general oilfield spare parts. The candidate should have experience in the oil and gas industry, technical sales, and preferably having experience with an oil field supply/services company in the territory.

    To sell the companys products and services to current and potential customers, with the ability to articulate the products and services, to both operational and technical personnel.
    To understand the needs of supply, manufacturing, service, and inventory/stocking, for oil and gas companies in the territory.
    To assist in the establishment of sales forecasts and budgets, evaluation of competition, development of pricing strategies and the evaluation of market share and growth. 
    Prior operations, technical and/or sales experience in an oilfield services company with exposure to related industry lines of business, such as drilling and production processes.
    8-12 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. 
    Candidate should have an existing, well-established network of high level contacts involved in state, public, and private companies operating in the upstream oil sector within the territory.
    Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, so as to speak, write, and present clearly and persuasively in any situation. 
    Must be fluent in English and Arabic will be an advantage.
