1) Recruit shoppers (60%)
Shopper recruitment through various channels.
Revert to shopper queries within 1 business day.

Key coordinator with Clients
2) Shopper Training (10%)
Shopper education & training.
Shopper reactivation & engagement.
3) Scheduling of shops (30%)
Put required shops on the job board
Follow weekly calendar for assigning & scheduling shops .
Scan through the ESP of shoppers who apply for the jobs.
Assign the shop to the apt shopper.
Constant and prompt communication (email or telephonic) with shoppers.
Liase with Quality Check Team & resolve disputed reports.
Exclusion of shops on incomplete status or new status beyond timeline.
Ensure 100% completion of project.
Shop count for Pakistan will be anywhere between 300-400 shops per month.
Participate in team and company meetings.
Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and ask for clarification.
Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit.
Ability to respond to customer and team needs; to meet commitments.
Ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to problems using available resources.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Internet Explorer and MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel; ability to learn BAREs proprietary software systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.
Fresher / Experienced in recruitment of Mystery Shoppers
Sr. Project Manager or Team Leader.
