Technical pre and post-sales for service and software solutions
Experience in Hadoop, Spark, Storm technology implementations and associated solution architecture
Experience presenting to a variety of audiences from IT professionals to C-level executives
In-depth knowledge with data management concepts, legacy Data Warehousing, ETL and associated architecture, and deployments
Strong solution design and troubleshooting skills
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
Advanced written and oral communications skills
Resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelors degree (BS) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Five or more years of pre and post-sales technical experience is desired
Experience with solution selling or relevant experience in vendor sales or solution architecture
Approximately 25-50% travel required, primarily within the USA

To be successful, you will:
Present and articulate technical concepts through demos and successful installation of products Identify and analyze clients business and technical requirements and translate them into product and service solutions Host remote and in-person workshops, whiteboard sessions, webinars on solution architectures and product functionality Understand client needs, current architectures, products, solutions, pain-points and strategic direction Reflect client needs against DataMetica capabilities and support the sales effort to close the deal Explain and promote DataMetica service and product capabilities Demonstrate thought leadership in the industry solutions that DataMetica represents, presenting at events Represent a professional image of DataMetica, our heritage, capabilities, accomplishments and build a compelling case for the client to select DataMetica Demonstrate DataMetica tools, accelerators and products to prospective clients, remotely or on-site as required Become a trusted technical adviser to prospective clients to establish and reinforce DataMetica as a world leader in data management and analytics Work closely with sales team and product management team to strategize on business and technical issues Provide client feedback to product development and product management teams to guide future product and service offerings Provide market intelligence on competitive products and services Represent Tricerat and our products to customers and at tradeshows, seminars, industry events, etc. Participate in Social Media: blogging, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Support existing accounts: Maintain a relationship with existing clients and track their progress, needs, changing strategies and ensure DataMetica maintains alignment Work with clients to understand their on-going needs and bring back those requirements to the DataMetica management team Promote new DataMetica capabilities, tools, accelerators and products to solve client emerging solution needs
