Identify, manage and develop new sales platform and opportunities.
Work on implementation of corporate Sales & Marketing plan for designated products and redevelop the plan and/or create new marketing opportunities along the way. 
Work actively with Business Development team to manage & develop new business opportunities. 
Prepare effective demand forecasts and provide inputs on projected sales plan .
Manage key customer accounts and their dealer network in the region 
Manage/motivate/train & lead a team of sales personnel aiming to achieve sales targets.
Arrange market research through regular market audits and understanding the competition.
Coordinate actively with Brand promotion and design teams of the company for introducing innovative ideas and maximizing business.

We are looking for hardcore sales professionals with about 4-6 years of working experience in handling retail sales /wholesale/distribution of consumer goods, FMCG, Consumer durable goods, Sports equipment, Apparel and Footwear. Exposure to Modern trade and online platform sales will be an advantage.

The candidates would be graduates/postgraduates in commerce/business administration or any other discipline and should have proven track record of performance and ability to produce results under pressure. They should essentially be team players , motivating and performing leaders with clear expression and excellent interpersonal skills. 

Salary will not be a limiting factor for the right candidates.
