  • Vendor Management : Sourcing , Negotiations , promo planning (Coordination with Vendors, logistics and other teams for timely production and delivery)

  • Managing Pricing : GP monitoring , pricing , promotion (Level pricing on the basis of whole sale / retail)

  • Sales and Inventory Management :

  • Complete assortment of merchandizing of items.

  • Monitoring of sales and controls on markdown sale.

  • Space Productivity: maximizing per sq ft sales, Maintaining Stock Turnover Ratio and approving layouts.

  • Finalization and approving Plano grams for display.

  • Visiting stores (as and when required) for understanding region specific requirement and getting inputs from sales team for better planning of merchandise.

  • Man management skills

  • He should be well informed about the current trends in the market and Customer taste.

  • He should be interactive and should maintain good inter-personal relationship with his co workers and customers.
