    -Train the lower position with the newest technology and techniques
    -Supervision and organizing of raw materials
    -Support Head Chef, Sous Chefs in product development.
    -Responsible for the following Sections:
    -Bakery,Pastry,Hot kitchen,Cold kitchen,Preparation &Food Packing

    3. CHEF DE PARTIE
    -Supervising of the Date mark system and monitoring expiry products.
    -To attend HACCP and I.S.O. courses and implement the same.
    - Responsible for the following Sections: Bakery,Pastry,Hot kitchen,Cold kitchen
    - Preparation &Food Packing

    4. DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
    - Controls/Supervises the daily production of his nominated area.
    -Controls/Supervises production in accordance with recipes, specifications to ensure that all food products are of the highest standard.
    -Responsible for the following Sections: Bakery,Pastry,Hot kitchen,Cold kitchen,Preparation &Food Packing

    5. COOK I 
    -Take part in the production.
    -Ensure recipes, hygienic standards and work procedures are followed.
    -Checks frequently fridges, date marking system.
    -Supervision of cold rooms
    -Supervisions of Freezers
    -Responsible for the following Sections:
    -Bakery,Pastry,Hot kitchen,Cold kitchen,Preparation &Food Packing

    6. COOK II 
    -Diploma in Craft and Cookery.
    -Good Skills in Bakery & Pastry is must.
    -Good Communication Skills. 
      
    7. COMMIS I 
    -Make Pre-preparation to all concerned Bakery / Pastry sections.
    -Set up raw materials/providing positions above with materials
    Cleaning of equipment
    -Collections of raw materials from the stores.

    8. COMMIS II
    -Collections of raw materials from the stores.
    -Maintain hygiene and cleaning area.
    -Control the wastage of the section.
    -Cleaning of equipment
