A. Projects

1. Responsible for managing turnover as per the yearly target set for the dept.
2. Define, improve & implement project process from job booking till project completion. 
3. Monitor and supervise the project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner,
in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction.
4. Develop new business in the retail industry through continuous contact, research & growing business with existing clients. 
5. Accountable for the performance of the project team regarding to profitability, cost control, quality, efficiency, client satisfaction.
6. Monitor project progress against the project plan from first brief to design & delivery making sure the client is updated on the progress taking quick corrective action wherever required.
7. Train team to provide effective customer service & ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
8. Monitor project quotes and analyze win, loss ratio. 
9. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate yourself and the team. 

B. Design 

1. Direct & manage the design team towards profit center for ABRA by exceeding client expectations and adding additional Revenue Streams to ensure continues growth.
2. This role requires meticulously defining & implementing the design process to the company’s high standards.
3. Exceptional conceptual design abilities, with solid technical knowledge and experience in designing and delivering projects by supervising a team of CAD draughtsman, 
design engineers and coordinators, allocating the workload and ensuring team deliverables are met within required time frames.
4. Should be aware of all leading retail brands in market with their design guidelines and quality requirements.
5. Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and 
modified so as to be fit for purpose.
6. Ensure company policy and procedures are maintained and implemented by the department, whilst continuously seeking ways to identify, improve design procedures & software.
7. Act as a bridge between project/design department & production department by attending all technical and engineering complications, in an effective and timely manner.
