1. Coordinate with PRD on new visa, visa renewal, contract change, and related tasks. 
2. Coordinate with Camp Boss on check-in, fines and laundry invoices. 
3. Coordinate with Payroll division on new joiners, accommodation exemption. 
4. Organize employee’s uniform issuance and reissuance, and manage supplier account.
5. Organize medical certificates issuance and manage supplier account. 
6 Arrange vehicles, petrol cards, business cards, computers, mobiles, emails address, username & password, joining formality, company ID, and joining memo for new joiners. 
7. Initiate and Administer Employee transfer processes from & to FRC. 
8. Monitor passport return and advice payroll to hold salaries if not returned.
9. Issue staff letters to Gov. and to 3rd party in English and Arabic.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned by HR head and taking initiatives.

To provide high quality labor relation services to all company’s employees, to ensure the implementation of HR policies & procedures, participate in HR policies and forms development.
