Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    Manage the recruitment and selection process with coordination of recruitment agencies.
    Proper communication and arrangements with agencies 
    Drafting of letters and memos to communicate policies to employees.
    Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
    Verify attendance and time sheets for payroll processing.
    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
    Maintain proper filing and record of all workers and staff.
    Supervise office administration matters
    Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Proven working experience for 5 to 7 years as HR officer or HR executive.
    MBA in HR or Chartered HR other professional qualification in HR.
    People oriented and results driven
    Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
    Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
