    Position 1 : Freezer Supervisor

    Should have min 10 yrs exp with 5 star hotel as Freezer Supervisor.

    Responsible for planning , managing and directing production activities within the production facility. Coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line.
    Job Requirements :

    1 Certificate or Diploma in Freezer Supervisor.
    2 Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in large central bakery, pastry preparation and menu planning .
    3 English fluency .
    4 Oral & written communication skills.
    5 Computer and Microsoft office skills.
    6 Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
    7 Interpersonal relations skills and Organizational skills .
    8 manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
    9 Able to work long hours , if needed and be on call anytime during stores working hours.
    10 Initiate and participate in acquiring ISO and HACCAP Certificates.
      Position 2 : Pastry Chef

      Should have min 10 yrs exp with 5 star hotel as Corporate Head Pastry Chef / Sr. Sous Chef 

      Responsible for planning , managing and directing production activities within the production facility. Coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line.
      Job Requirements :

      1 Certificate or Diploma in Pastry Culinary program .
      2 Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in large central bakery, pastry preparation and menu planning .
      3 English fluency .
      4 Oral & written communication skills.
      5 Computer and Microsoft office skills.
      6 Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
      7 Interpersonal relations skills and Organizational skills .

      Position 3 : Quality Manager

      Position 4 : Quality Executive


      1. Supervises and manages laboratory functions / activities of his staffs.
      2. The quality assurance supervisor plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products..
      3. Coordinates with the Factory Management, QA Manager and Production Manager in cases of product deviation and /or other QA Matters. 

      Coordinates with the Sanitation Supervisor and monitors the cleaning activities of the Sanitation Crew.

      Conduct periodic review and revision of QA documents including Physico chemical, Microbiological, Sanitation, ISO Procedures.

      Qualification : - 
      Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, BS Biology major in Microbiology, 
      Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or any related field.
      POSITION : Supply Chain Manager

      THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RAW MATERIAL WAREHOUSE, PLANNING, MAINTENANCE, FINISHED GOODS WAREHOUSE AND COULD BE LOGISTIC DEPT. TOO.
      AGE BRACKET MUST BE 35 40 YEARS OLD , WITH MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD IN A FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY ( PREFERABLY Bakery )
      He should poses a master degree in supply chain and material management . FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
      He should be experience in working with ERP soft wares , ISO 22000 and HACCAP.
        Position : Chief Accountant 

        Job Description :

        The cost accountant position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. The cost accountant must also construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

        Responsibilities:

        Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand by customer type
        Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll, forward Prepare collateral reporting.

        Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other.

        Assist Chief Accountant for all Cost related matters.

        Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.

        Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls.

        Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division.

        Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.

        Work on special projects as required.

        Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others

        Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management
