Garage Supervisor
    Has considerable work experience in the GCC, with a valid driving license
    Young and energetic, and able to converse and write English fluently.
    Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Extensive experienced in skilled automotive mechanical work (HINO, Mercedes and UD Trucks), with supervisory experience required.
    Ability to plan and supervise skilled mechanics and other garage workers.
    Ability to diagnose defects 
    Thorough knowledge of the methods, practices, materials and tools of the automotive mechanical trade with particular emphasis in the area of diesel powered trucks.
    Thorough knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the trade, with knowledge of the principles of diesel engine operations.
    Knowledge of the practices, methods and tools of the welding and machinist trades. 
    Must have tertiary qualifications.
    Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with associates.

    Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
    Responsible for supervising shop operations, assisting mechanics; scheduling, assigning service, maintenance and repair needs. Preparing and maintaining the Maintenance record files, database, parts, materials and personnel. 
    Supervise the repair and overhaul of all vehicular equipment and related component, and oversee all garage operations.
    Evaluate work of mechanics to ensure that the repairs meet the manufactures specifications and requirements.
    Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
    Coordinate incoming work with the existing work load.
    Help establish maintenance priorities.
    Evaluate all maintenance work to ensure that the work is performed within established time frames.
    Instruct subordinates in the proper use of the equipment and tools.
    Provide assistance with repairs when needed.
    Make recommendations regarding the maintenance procedures when requested.
    Initiate and process maintenance work orders.
    Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers
    Troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend corrective action, diagnoses mechanical failure and damages.
    Perform related work as required
    Oversee the purchasing and inventory of parts and supplies.
    Develops policies and procedures for vehicle and special equipment maintenance
    Writes specification for and recommends purchase of vehicles and equipment
    Prepares repair reports and vehicle requests
    Maintains contact with external suppliers to learn about new techniques and products.
    Inventory and stock take
    May be required to supervise workers engaged in the inspection and repair of miscellaneous equipment such as welding machines and grinders
    Operation Supervisor
        Must have considerable work experience in the GCC (min 3-4 years), with a valid driving GCC LD license
        Young and energetic, and able to converse and write English fluently. (Hindi as an additional language is a bonus)
        Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
        Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with associates.
        Must be strong willed and confident in his demeanor
        Should be able to work under pressure and respond to emergency as and when required
        Should have caliber of trouble shooting
        Strong communication/Commanding skills.
        Shall be responsible for daily deployment of vehicles and coordination with Drivers and labors for day to day operations

        Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

        Coordinates the deployment of vehicles and labour continuously 
        Coordination with clients on a regular basis.
        Maintaining Daily reports
        Supervision of overall operational functions
        Obtaining gate passes & permits
        Complete a Job assessment prior to commence of work & monitoring scheduled progress.
        Reporting structure to management.
        Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
        Coordinate incoming work with the existing work load.
        Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers
        Shall be responsible for the overall supervision of operational functions on a day to day basis
        Shall be responsible for job analysis and preparing completion report
        Shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining day to day basis operational reports
        Shall be responsible for coordinating with the workshop supervisor for vehicle breakdowns
