Experience in the governance and operation of a Service Center.
Handling customer issues, delegating technicians, attending to calls, stock maintenance, raising of warranty claims with suppliers, managing routine day to day account operations - cash / bank transaction of service center. Follow up and complete supervision of Service Center Operations.
