- Meet and exceed AJL assigned revenue on continuous growth targets
- Develop territorial and account plans to support revenue targets consistent with company strategies
- Establish strong business relationships with Suppliers, MEP Contractors, Consultants and End Users
- Provide solution based selling and quotations in a timely matter and present value proposition
- Negotiate agreements and close deals with the most favourable terms & conditions
- Prepare Technical Submittals and discuss the features & benefits of the offers Contribute to projects pipeline
- More than 5 years of successful experience in the Sales of Professional Lighting products
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
- Knowledge of lighting design & application and lighting control systems
- Experience in handling RFQs and customer projects Strong work ethics and discipline
- Good negotiation skills and proven success through verifiable track record
- Pleasant Character, self-driven with minimum supervision, assertive and persistent
- Fluent in English

Position : " Lighting Sales Engineer"
Location : Abu Dhabi
Qualification :Electrical Engineering Degree or a B.Sc. in a relevant discipline with Lighting Industry Experience
Experience : A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in the same field with a good history of successfully handling the sales of lighting products.
Salary : 12000 AED - 17000 AED
